Community pharmacy escalation tool |
An online platform to support consistent recording of pressure levels, workforce and PPE data within community pharmacies across Wales was deployed within the NECAF system. To be used in conjunction with the community pharmacy escalation tool; this template can record the set of escalation actions agreed between the pharmacy, cluster and health board. |
