Raylene Roper is the Senior Programme Manager working in the Strategic Programme for Primary care PMO.
Previously the Senior Project Manager in the national Dental Contract Reform Programme hosted by Public Health Wales Raylene has been working with Welsh Government, Health Boards, dental contractors and wider system colleagues over the last ten years to develop and mature the project/programme management approach across Wales for the dental prototypes and dental reform programme, she is PRINCE2 and MSP qualified.
