Kelly has a dual role within the Strategic Programme for Primary Care; project manager for two of the workstreams and secretariat for the Directors of Primary & Community Care and Heads of Primary Care peer groups.
Previously a project manager in Public Health Wales, Kelly has extensive experience working with colleagues and stakeholders in Welsh Government and Health Boards & Trusts across Wales.
