Andrew is Head of Dental Policy for Welsh Government. In this role he is responsible for advising Welsh Ministers on policy direction for dentistry in Wales and delivery of the commitments made in the Oral Health response to a Healthier Wales.
Andrew has worked as a civil servant for nearly 22 years taking up his current role in May 2022. Previously he worked for 8 years for Healthcare Inspectorate Wales where he was responsible for the regulation and inspection of independent healthcare including private dentistry.
