Understanding the health needs of inclusion health groups and the makeup of the populations in local areas across Wales is not easily accessible. Where data is available, it has been presented it in a way which aims to support localities across Wales.
This resource can provide a good estimate of health inclusion populations in the different health boards areas across Wales and provide an overview of the health and wellbeing needs of the most vulnerable groups to support and inform decision making. But, currently it is not possible to provide absolute counts or rates for inclusion health groups across geographical areas or provide health need information specific to Welsh population groups.
The inclusion health data has been presented at either health board, local authority or cluster geographical areas depending on the strength and availability of the data.
