Audiology

Primary Care Audiologists are first contact clinicians working in primary care locations in a number of health boards in Wales. They are trained to manage ear/hearing and balance related symptoms directly including micro-suction wax removal in some areas. Benefits include reduction in demand on GPs and practice nurses, fast and easy access for patients and reduced clinical pathways.
