Reducing Health Inequalities through Primary Care
The Teg I Bawb – Fair for All reducing health inequalities webpage have been developed to support the primary care system in taking action to tackle health inequalities.
Health inequalities can be described unfair but avoidable differences between population groups.
These groups can be described across four categories and, for some these can overlap, and exacerbate their experience of disadvantage. This disadvantage has a direct impact on health.
