Grant is a Service Improvement Lead for NHS Dental Services and has worked in the NHS for the past 12 years.
Grant was previously responsible for overseeing NHS Dental Services’ customer contact centre before moving to his service improvement role. In his current role, Grant is responsible for delivering changes on behalf of the Welsh Government, Health Boards, Public Health Wales, and other NHS organisations.
Grant is a familiar face and a regular contributor at events for dentists in Wales. He and his team enjoy engaging with dental teams and are quick to action service improvements based on feedback.
In April 2022 Grant and his team managed the rollout of patient questionnaires. Over 100,000 questionnaires have since been sent to patients in Wales – the results have provided invaluable insight into patients’ experiences.
