The AHP Workforce Transformation Repository is a curated collection of resources designed to help AHPs lead and drive impactful workforce and service transformation across all areas of health and care. It is a response to address multifaceted challenges experienced by AHPs undertaking transformation, including siloed working, duplication and reduced opportunities to work collaboratively. This results in the slow spread and adoption of proven-effective service delivery, reduced collective AHP value and impact, and inequity of access and outcomes for our population.
