The below map of Wales details primary care practices registered to participate in the Greener Primary Care Wales Framework and Award Scheme since its launch in 2022.
Click on the location point on the map to discover further information about each individual practice such as the practice name, contractor type, a link to the practice's website and the practice's highest Greener Primary Care award level achieved to date.
The data used to inform the map is based on what has been provided by practices and is subject to change, for example we are aware that some practices may have merged or closed since joining the Scheme. The website address for each practice has been taken from Google and the star rating shown is also related to Google and is therefore not within our control to change.
