Conwy East cluster comprises of 5 General Practices with a practice population of 53,807. This cluster resides mostly along the northern coastal strip with a high population of tourism spots.

Within the Central Area of the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board region there are 4 Clusters covering the counties of Conwy and Denbighshire. In 2016 we had appointments of new leads and pioneering a new model of cluster leadership in North Denbighshire with the introduction of 3 leads for one cluster.
BCUHB Cluster Population Health Directory - The North Wales Population Health Directory (NWPHD) focuses on the public health priorities and provides information on population health need at different geographical levels (including at Conwy East Cluster level) to NHS staff for planning purposes. The directory is on the Public Health Wales website.
